Our Staff member was always, immediately, on hand to help out. She knew all the facts about every mattress and could direct us around the store when we couldn't find our way to the next mattress. At the same time, she gave us time to decide and wasn't pushy in any way.

The lady who looked after me Elizabeth was really helpful and knowledgeable. Anything she was unsure of eg. Lead times she checked for me and spent a lot of time with me as I was struggling to make a decision between two beds.

We went to Dreams as first time buyers of our property and hadn’t bought a bed before so were clueless as to what we wanted. The staff were all SO lovely and helpful (Michelle helped us loads). She remembered us from our first visit and remembered exactly what we were looking for and walked us through exactly what she thought was best and why. She wasn’t pushy but gave us thinking space and filled us with all the knowledge we needed to choose the right product. Couldn’t thank her enough!

When entering the store we were left to browse at our own pace and when we needed assistance Lauren was on hand to help. She understood our needs and got us quotes for the two options we were looking at. Once we had decided she was more than happy to help sort the order out. Lauren went above and beyond bringing us water as the store was warm and giving our daughter a book for her new big girl bed!

Great resources, the range of mattresses was good and the pillow to try a realistic sleeping position was so much better than previous experiences looking for a new bed.
