I visited the store to help my mum choose a mattress having previously bought my last two beds and mattresses from there and being highly satisfied with the service provided. During our visit I noticed a corner sofa bed, which I hadn't anticipated Drsams having, I then returned with my husband the next day and we placed an order. I cannot fault the service. Howard was extremely attentive towards my mother's and my husbands and my needs. He was knowledgable and prompt when dealing with our order.

Excellent customer service, allowed to browse before making a choice unfortunately some shops have staff who follow you around the store hovering, when this happens i usually leave without a purchase. Assistant was warm and welcoming.
