We were greeted by Kass who helped my daughter choose her mattress, he was extremely helpful and friendly. Happy with the price we paid. Not been delivered yet so can’t comment regarding comfort which I’m sure will be great. Fast delivery too.

Upon entering the store, gloves hand sanitizer and bottles of water were placed for customers use, rolls of disposable paper was available for testing the mattresses, it was nice that we could walk round freely as was only a few people in the store, social distansing. The assistant was extremely helpful to help with our needs so was quick and easy to make our purchase and brilliant that we had only a week for delivery, the only downside was that if we were to have old mattress taken away it would have cost £45, which we thought was a large cost, otherwise Good.
