We were welcomed the minute we stepped into the door, offered bottle water and a cup of tea in a throw away cup, due to COVID. We were extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the shop and the measures taken by the staff to ensure that we felt COVID safe.

The staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful. I also hate pushy sales people but staff at dreams were informative but allowed us time to think and were not pushy at all just helpful. Delivery was quick and we were kept informed at all times. They were bang on the time slot given and the staff were friendly. Very pleased and can't wait to go to bed tonight!!

Michelle was really helpful, funny and knowledgeable about the products. We felt really at ease despite having quite a tricky set of criteria for our bed.
