I was highly satisfied with my experience with dreams because of the quick and efficient way I was dealt with. The saleswoman ( Michelle ) listened to what I was asking for then directed me straight to the bed that best suited my needs! Honestly, if it hadn’t been for Michelle I would have considered “shopping around”! She was knowledgeable and friendly and I never felt under pressure at any time. I also thought she was very honest.

The staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful. I also hate pushy sales people but staff at dreams were informative but allowed us time to think and were not pushy at all just helpful. Delivery was quick and we were kept informed at all times. They were bang on the time slot given and the staff were friendly. Very pleased and can't wait to go to bed tonight!!
