I was highly satisfied with my experience with dreams because of the quick and efficient way I was dealt with. The saleswoman ( Michelle ) listened to what I was asking for then directed me straight to the bed that best suited my needs! Honestly, if it hadn’t been for Michelle I would have considered “shopping around”! She was knowledgeable and friendly and I never felt under pressure at any time. I also thought she was very honest.

Clean and bright shop. A good choice of beds at reasonable prices. Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. We were welcomed the minute we stepped into the door, offered bottle water and a cup of tea in a throw away cup, due to COVID. We were extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the shop and the measures taken by the staff to ensure that we felt COVID safe.
