Michelle was excellent at giving exceptional customer service and support to us,he customers.Her product knowledge was great.I have a latex allergy and she knew exactly which products for me not to trial. However,I feel the signage in store needs to be clearer regarding products containing latex.If Michelle hadn’t asked me about allergies.I would have been completely unaware products contained latex.If she hadn’t have done this I could have had a serious allergy and a medical emergency.My Dad and brother also have the same allergy and I have recommended them buying new beds from Michelle. I felt the mattress machine was excellent and made us trust our purchase.Michelle asked about budget and found a great deal for a price range and need.I felt her service was swift and not to pushy.I have told family and friends about my experience. I am looking forward to receive our purchase in November.

hi I'm very satisfied of my experience at Dreams ,because i been welcomed in and the guy called Kas was serving us , was very friendly and very helpful and he offers us some water or coffe if we wanted and he been explaining all types of mattresses and bed frame and help us to choose the right mattress he did really good job we were very happy me and my partner 😊..

Staff member Howard Was extremely courteous and very knowledgeable. He took time understand our requests, utilised the computerised mattress selector, and personally took us around the recommendations which included the one we had earmarked on the website. He then left us to wander the store at our leisure, stating that if we needed anything, just ask. When we decided, he was speedy and helpful in processing our order. All round it was a pleasurable experience, as I am usually uncomfortable in stores where I feel I’m being harassed. At no time did I feel Howard was pushy, he just provided us with the relevant information to make our choice. Fully professional in everything he did.
