The assistant names Michelle was fab. Very understanding of our needs and gave us all the info on the products that we needed aswell as helping us with what products where on offer. We felt very safe in store the covid aspects put in place worked very well.

From walking in the service fantastic the lady was very helpful not pushy, she explained everything allowed plenty of time to let us choose the right one

Michelle was excellent at giving exceptional customer service and support to us,he customers.Her product knowledge was great.I have a latex allergy and she knew exactly which products for me not to trial. However,I feel the signage in store needs to be clearer regarding products containing latex.If Michelle hadn’t asked me about allergies.I would have been completely unaware products contained latex.If she hadn’t have done this I could have had a serious allergy and a medical emergency.My Dad and brother also have the same allergy and I have recommended them buying new beds from Michelle. I felt the mattress machine was excellent and made us trust our purchase.Michelle asked about budget and found a great deal for a price range and need.I felt her service was swift and not to pushy.I have told family and friends about my experience. I am looking forward to receive our purchase in November.
