On entering the store and using the hand sanitiser we were approached by Liz who asked if she could assist us. We were shown the bed selection system which we used and were then given pillows and disposable paper sheets. The selected mattresses were pointed out and we were given plenty of time to sample each. When we had made a choice Liz ascertained what type of bed base we required and then prepared an estimate of the cost, this despite being told that we could not order at that point. Unfortunately there were no offers on our chosen products however when I returned to order a few days later it was a 10% off weekend so very satisfactory. All in all a very satisfactory experience.

The sales assistant was incredibly helpful, I was looking for an ottoman bed and new mattress, he showed me all of the ottomans available and talked me through the features of each one. He was also incredibly helpful when it came to choosing a mattress. He listened to what I said about the mattresses the sleep assessor had recommended and helped me narrow it down to 2, eventually leading me to pick the right one for me. The store itself was clean and tidy and I felt all measures were in place to keep visitors safe. I’ve already recommended the store to a couple of friends looking for new beds and/or mattresses.

Social distancing was adhered to, but didn't improve on the quality of the service. Your staff member was extremely knowledge, friendly and helped us to find exactly what we needed, and to some extra things we didn't know we wanted! Very satisfied, and will return again should we need to.
