I visited on the Saturday where I met Howard he was so helpful and helped me make the right decision on the mattress as I found it all a little confusing. I didn’t make my Purchase as my partner was not with me. I did return on Wednesday where kas was just as helpful helping both of us to make the right decision. Both of your staff are a real credit to dreams so helpful not pushing for a sale made the hole Experience a dream. Well done to both members of staff.

Shout out to Kassam at Stockport branch. First visit, we were fact finding re mattresses for daughter who is getting first double bed. Kas left us to mooch at first (which I like) then introduced himself. I explained why we were there and suggested the interactive mattress selector. That was brilliant. Once finished Kas let my daughter try the suggested mattresses. She liked the 2nd one. We said we would come back once we had purchased the bed. Cleanliness throughout went above and beyond, and I have OCD! Also TBH, we were wanting to test mattresses and then would purchase elsewhere, hoping for cheaper, but down to Kas we changed our mind and came back to purchase through Kas at Dreams. 11/10 for being Covid Safe. Already recommended store to a friend
