The staff were extremely helpful and understanding even whilst the store was busy. The assistants offered us water and PPE. Overall it was efficient and friendly

I had booked an appointment Michelle greeted j me by name which I appreciated.Her knowledge of the various products was impressive & she explained everything thoroughly, I did not feel pressured to buy a particular mattress. Overall a very pleasant experience, I was offered tea, coffee or water. I am not in the flush of youth which Michelle respected!!
