It’s been a long time since I last bought a mattress, the assistant takes through my needs which were then assessed on the special bed. The assistant (think she was called Lauren) gave me time to try the mattresses out and then assisted as I made my final decision.

I did some research and had an idea what I wanted. We were met as we entered the store by Kassam. He greeted us and we told him what we were looking for. He quickly showed us the mattresses which fitted our needs and brought a pillow and covering so that we could try them out. He then showed us the ottoman bed I had found online. He answered questions about the bed and showed us how it works. Also how it is fitted together, as we chose to do it ourselves. We moved to the till and the paperwork was soon sorted. Kassam also discussed removal of our existing bed, and provided us with bags for them. Overall a pleasant, straightforward experience. His manner was pleasant and friendly. We would certainly shop at dreams again. Looking forward to delivery next week.
