Dreams - Stockport

All discussions and payments were carried on over phone or by email. I originally dealt with John Elliott then placed order with Michelle Hazelwood because John had been placed into furlough. Both were fantastic to deal with, especially Michelle who concentrated hard to help me out. An amazing lady. Thank you Michelle.

I had only ever placed orders in store, but because of the lockdown my order was placed over the phone. The assistant on the phone was called Michelle and she works in the Maidstone Kent store. She was extremely patient, friendly and helpful throughout. I called about half an hour before she was due to go home but it went over that by about 15 minutes, I apologised for keeping her late, she had already been very patient with me because I did change my mind a couple of times about one of the products I ordered. She made the whole experience very easy, recommending alternatives and she was very profesional, friendly and knowledgeable all the time

I placed my order over the phone, your team member was so professional (Michelle) she made placing the order seamless and easy to complete. I also the commend how quick my call was answered when i rang to place my order as during this pandemic its impossible to contact stores but in Dreams case other should learn from you. I would like my thanks passed to Michelle if its possible as she is a credit to your company. 100% I would use Dreams and recommend Dreams to others.

I actually placed the order over the phone due to covid restrictions meaning the stores were closed. I spoke to the lovely Michelle Hazelwood who emailed me straight away answering all my queries. As she was so helpful I wanted to place the order with her and again she didn’t disappoint! She was so professional but also so personable. Things are not easy for anyone at the moment and the workplace is a very different place for many, but Michelle was so helpful she made the whole process of buying a new bed so easy. She is definitely a big asset to Dreams.

Brilliant, efficient service. Michelle who I spoke to on the phone from Stockport branch was lovely on the phone, made me feel very at ease and gave me all the information I needed to purchase the bed and mattress. Definitely recommend dreams as it was so easy to order over the phone aswell. She knew exactly what products I wanted so I knew I was in good hands.

The Lady named Michelle from Stockport was very helpful over the phone. She was able to direct us towards the mattress we needed. The process took a while over the phone as my mattress which is top of the range had to be financed. Would have loved to have a little more discount ( did get a small amount) considering the fact that my partner is out of work and everyone is struggling during these difficult times. Waiting for my Dream mattress to arrive this week.
