Dreams - Stockport

The sales assistant was very pleasant she made my wife snd i coffees. We were left to examine product and there was no sales pressure

We visited Dreams in Stockport, Portwood. A few days beforehand we spoke to a very friendly lady called Michele who understood my wife's needs so we asked for me specifically when we entered the store. She showed us the mattress we'd seen on line, said my wife could try the bed - she brought us a pillow with protection on it, and also brought us two coffees.! She said my wife could take as long as she liked and just to give her a wave when we were ready. Very professional and extremely friendly service

Very friendly, not rushed, good clear guidance, checked in with us and added additional options and choices. When narrowing down, again options and preferences associated with the product or similar lines we may want to think about. Not pushy, no hard sell the balance was just right.

Staff excellent and very helpful

Very friendly staff- Lauren in particular (at the Stockport store) helped us out massively, and was so patient with us whilst we were figuring out how to schedule around work etc for the delivery date. The store was tidy, well kept, felt well-spaced so that we could get to what we needed. It was fairly quiet by the time we arrived at the store so were lucky, but apparently they'd had a hugely busy day, and still the staff were energetic, informative and so helpful. Very happy with the price we've paid for a base, mattress, and headboard, plus for someone to assemble it for us when it arrives. Definitely wasn't expecting it to be such a fair price for all of that. Overall, very pleased with the service and will be going there again when we need it.

I felt looked after the whole time. I was given the information I wanted without any confusing details. The lady that served me was very helpful and knowledgable and was only too happy to answer every question I had.
