I had visited Dreams late last year to purchase a new mattress for my son, so it seemed the logical place to start to find a replacement for mine. The staff couldn't have been more helpful - they set up the Sleepmatch system for me and when the list of options came up, I was shown each one with no pressure to go for the more expensive options (in the end, I did though, going for the Tempur - well, it would have been rude not to!) I was provided with pillows to test, and told about the different Tempur pillow options, which I hadn't been aware of previously. I was offered a bottle of water and a coffee and the adherence to safety and sanitation of the mattresses, both before and after I tried them out was scrupulous. At no point did I feel pressured and was offered advice when I required it. At the point of sale, everything was clearly and carefully explained including the different types of mattress protector, free delivery and old mattress disposal. The staff really couldn't have gone to any more trouble, even those who weren't directly involved in my purchase. To the manager of Stockport branch - you and your team are an absolute credit to your company. Well done, Dreams!
