Dreams - Stockport

Lauren the store assistant was incredible (at the Stockport branch). She greeted us straight away and left us to it, always around to answer questions and didn't harass us in the store, she was just lovely and helpful. Because she was fantastic, we bought there and then (which wasn't the plan). We were so satisfied we also bought the bed frame with you. Your competitors Benson's for beds didn't stand a chance, their prices, customer service and quality were much worse. Thank you dreams and Lauren especially who made our day soo much brighter

Very helpful assistant. On hand to offer advice but without the hard sell, which would not have resulted in a sale. Kas (the assistant) is a credit to Dreams. Social distancing was adhered to at all times and we were never made to feel uncomfortable. All in all it was a relaxed and pleasant experience whilst purchasing our new mattress. We even purchased two new pillows as we found them to be very comfortable whilst trying out our different sleep patterns on the various beds. We both require different pillows and these were individually recommended to us, for us, by Kas.

Kinda helpful staff who were super accommodating

After a phone call my daughter made to the store regarding buying a reclining bed for my husband the lady in the phone was extremely helpful and we decided to come to the store to have a look.We were not disappointed at all.We were offered a drink and shown the beds we were interested in.Everything was explained to us about the beds and no pressure was put on us.
