I visited 3 Times before I made up my mind. The staff in Al three visits in all the locations was very cooperative and polite

The lady that we spoke with was very helpful when we asked, but otherwise left us alone to look at our leisure

I was served promptly with a warm smile and welcome and the time spent with me was fantastic. I was served by Lauren who was very knowledgeable about the products that you sell and services you provide. Nothing was too much trouble and because of the exceptional service I received swayed my decision to purchase what I needed from Dreams and not bother going elsewhere! The only issue I have is that this survey addresses Mr Gribes when my name is Grieves!!

from entering the store we were greeted by a friendly assistant Elizabeth who explained the layout of the showroom and quickly established what we were looking for in a bed.She then set up the test bed which she allowed us to use to confirm which beds would best suit our requirements.We were then able to make our choice confidently from three possibilities.We were provided with a lead time for delivery which was extremely good and were able to place our order immediately.The whole process was simple and stress free and we will definitely recommend Dreams to our friends
