The staff were very helpful and friendly yet keeping in line with the guidelines making sure cleanliness was a priority. Going above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase and that it was suited to our needs. We would definitely recommend.

We were greeted as we walked in was asked if we were ok and if we needed any help, as soon as we did ask for some advice Lauren from your Stockport store was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in finding us the right mattress. We couldn’t fault the service from start to finish and we were made to feel very comfortable even with the restrictions in place. Thank you

Clean spacious store. Knowledgeable helpful assistant. Pleasant competent assistant. Although expensive mattress, we are sure it is value for money. Safe covid rules.

Very friendly guy, very helpful, explanation very good for the questions I asked, showed me a lot of mattresses but went back to the same one, he didn't try to sell me something I didn't want, I also said to he and his colleague how friendly and pleasant they were throughout my visit so Thanked them, like we women I wanted the bed sooner than 4 weeks but it will be worth the wait, Regards yvonne fardy

Liz was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products on display. She was very friendly too, we felt no pressure when we were browsing and all our questions were answered swiftly. The bank holiday sale made the prices more attractive and the 0% finance sealed the deal. Overall a very pleasant visit.

The staff were so friendly and personable. They gave us the space to browse the beds but were on hand when we had questions. We didn’t feel pressured or watched at any point. They were extremely lovely about our young daughter we had with us which made us feel at ease and it was just a lovely environment to shop in. They remembered me when I returned to buy the bed a few days later- not just the person we were dealing with but other staff as well. These personal touches make a big difference after so long in lockdown. Well done Dreams. Your staff in Stockport should be commended.
