Plenty of options available and tried in store. No pressure for any particular make and sufficient time to try the mattresses.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We were not rushed and given all the information and time that we needed to make a decision. The length of time given to us by Michelle the Manager.

My wife and I were both very impressed by the friendly and professional attention provided by Kas during our visit to the store. I have given top marks on all the survey questions except for the ones relating to the quality and suitability of the mattress, purely because we can only determine this once we have experienced it for a sufficient time.

No pressurised selling but quick attention to see if help could be given. Plenty of time and opportunity to try different mattresses.

I first visited Dreams in Stockport a couple of months ago I was in the process of moving house and was looking for a new mattress. The young man who introduced himself to me was very helpful and not in any way' pushy'. Once I had moved house I went back to the same store. I was introduced to a female member of staff, she explained how all the beds were set out with regards to the cost, which was great, I then decided on the mattress for me then was amazed by the fact that it was in a 'flash sale' and I, for that one day, got £400 of the genuine price. So the whole experience was brilliant.

Overall a great experience. Michelle was so lovely. Very helpful, patient with us and our son and extremely knowledgeable of all the products. She was not pushy at all and gave us a very enjoyable shopping experience. We would definetely return to the store again in the future

We went in the shop the week before and one of the main reasons we came back was the lady who helped us. And we then returned the following week and placed the order with her. Pleasure to do business with her Helpful and just felt right Would recommend the shop to family and friends as not only her but all the staff where very helpful
