Dreams - Stockport

I was assisted not hounded, free to browse but with assistance available when required. There was a good range of products and prices were good. It was a hot day so the free bottle of water was welcome. Lauren was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient

It was nice that I was the only person in store. It was a hot day so I was offered a bottle of water. I tried out 3 different mattresses and got to look at the bed I had seen on line. Michelle was very attentive and helpful

Very friendly staff, order was dealt with efficiently and staff were knowledgeable. All hygiene protocols were being followed for Covid safety so felt very safe.

We got our bed from Dreams in stockport and the colleague that helped us (Liz) was not only helpful but friendly and realy helped us find the right bed for us.

From start to finish everything was a pleasure. Michelle was amazing. She politely approached us, made me and my partner feel really welcome and relaxed. She helped us throughout our time in the store, explaining everything in high detail to give us the best possible chance of picking the perfect bed. This led us to purchase one then and there, even though it was the first shop we went in. Nothing was too much for her and all was done with a smile. I really couldn’t recommend her enough. If only we had more Michelle’s to help us shop.

Your colleague approached us upon arrival and asked us if we needed anything. We said we were just looking for now. She said she was there if we needed her. We then looked and 10 minutes later we asked her advice. She was extremely knowledgeable and sorted us out with out brand new bed

We were not hassled and the assistance was precise and quick. Her explanations to all our questions were helpful to conclude our business.

The store assistants were on hand for help and advice but not too intrusive. We came in before lockdown and were advised and chose what we wanted but purposely waited until the store was back open, we feel it’s important to support our local store.

Went in twice over two consecutive weekends. First time Michelle & Liz (Stockport) then left to mull things over. Second weekend went back saw Michelle and she recognised me and greeted me by name....outstanding!!!! Purchased two mattresses with her what great knowledge and customer services she possessed. Would definitely go again and also recommend. A******
