Dreams - Stockport

I was highly satisfied with experience at Dreams because the staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered assistance and were very clear about everything. I also found exactly what I was looking for in the store and came out very happy.

The lady assistant was helpful knowledgeable friendly and helpful. We got what we wanted with the minimum of fuss

I really wasn’t looking forward to my visit as myself & my partner struggle with joint problems so thought it was going to be awkward. I chose dreams as I wanted to use the sleepmatch system but wasn’t looking forward to that either as the thought of lying on a bed being assessed didn’t seem much fun. How wrong I was - the whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. I think this was mainly due to the Manager who looked after us. She was polite, professional, friendly, knowledgeable & typifies what customer service should be about. She is a credit to you. I don’t recall her name but please pass on our thanks.

We were just expecting a ‘used car salesman’ - someone who just wanted to sell us something really expensive without having the faintest idea what we wanted or needed. We were pleasantly surprised - Kas was amazing - he understood what we wanted, he was friendly and polite - we were very impressed

Liz was extremely helpful and answered all our questions and knew when to approach and then keep her distance so we didn’t feel pressured at any point. That’s a really good quality. She couldn’t be more helpful.

Michelle was great. Very helpful. Unfortunately the sofa bed is out of stock due to a material shortage. However we dis manage to source a bed with a short delivery timeframe.
