Liz was very knowledgeable about the beds. She was polite and very helpful. She answered all my questions and has a great deal of information about the beds. Nothing was too much trouble and I didn't feel rushed into making a decision. She was patient and gave some very good advice

Lovely assistant Kassam very knowledgeable, not pushy and was able to answer any questions asked. Extremely polite and caring (I had my 93 years young mother with me as the bed was for her). As we need a new bed shortly I will certainly go back to this store.
