As a member of the construction industry I have deliveries to my jobs all the time, weather it be a full heating system or just a box of screws, always free of charge. Yet at Dreams I spend nearly 700 pound on a product and am then forced to pay an extra 40 pounds for a delivery. This does not sit well with me at all . That is why I was not highly satisfied.

At another shop where we nearly purchased a bed they offered 2 £25 pillows free, I mentioned this To the sales assistant to see if they would offer similar. He gave me a pillow to try then stated we could have 2 at a slightly discounted price of £100. I thought this was very inappropriate. He could have lost the sale, but as I have been ill I was to exhausted to go back to Benson for beds.

I was very dissapointed to learn when looking on your website that you offer a free delivery service, this at no point was offered to me in store and the delivery cost wasn't broken down it was simply added to the cost of the mattress without any explanation or being offered the alternative.
