Dreams - Stockport

Kas was extremely polite and listened carefully to our needs. We were shown several different products and the benefits of each was explained to us. At no time did we feel under pressure to make a decision. It was this relaxed and straight forward approach that resulted in us buying 2 mattresses instead of 1!

The gentlemen who assisted us was knowledgable, friendly and professional. He took the time to understand our needs, situation, budget and concerns with our current bed. He explained everything in detail and was thorough but efficient.

We were served by Lauren in the Stockport branch of Dreams and she couldn’t have been more helpful. Really friendly, personable and very knowledgable. We specifically went back to be served by her when we were ready to buy as she was so great.

Excellent service from a very friendly experienced sales team. We were welcomed with a coffee before we started to order our new bed. Liz was very knowledgeable about the bed and explained a full costing of our bill. She explained the extra insurance we took out very clearly. We were very pleased with the service we received.

I phoned store and left voicemail to enquire if model was available to view. Got a call back same day Went in store, immediately approached for assistance and pointed in direction of product, allowed time to view. Asked for help with mattress and was given very detailed advice Service was quick and efficient and very friendly, cannot praise both members of staff I met in Stockport ,

From the moment we walked through the door we got fantastic service and knowledge of the products available. When choosing a product like a bed you want it to be perfect for your needs and if I hadn't got the great service from the sales assistant I probably wouldn't have chosen the right mattress.

The customer service was excellent. Wr arrived with our 2 year old and straight away your sales assistant Lauren offered us assistance in buying our mattress. She watched our daughter whilst we were on the electronic sleep detector then helped narrow our choice by identifying which mattresses would best suit our needs. She wasn't pushy but allowed us freedom to try different mattresses offering assistance when necessary. Fantastic customer service!

When coming to the store to find a mattress we were greeted by Lauren who was incredibly friendly and provided us with pillows and covers to allow us to safely test out the beds without worrying about cleanliness. She was very polite and offered us water as it was very warm weather. This was really reassuring and made us feel really comfortable to get the best experience. I was happy that she checked on us but allowed us to spend time without feeling pressured. Lauren was happy to give advice and guide us in maki my the right decisions, as well as helping put our order through and booking a delivery slot very easily. We were looked after really well from stepping foot in the store until leaving and got exactly what we had come for with it feeling so much easier than expected.
