I was asked to sit at the desk to sort out the order and payment , the chair was far too low, and facing sideways i had to stand to sign the order.

My main issue was the lack of product choice. I had seen several highly recommended beds online and in the which magazine and none of these were available in the store. Clearly beds take up a lot of floor space and as such there are limitations on how many products are available. However, I noted that many of the products available online were not available in store and these products were not really discussed as options with us. I also felt that we were somewhat advised that if we did not like one type of pocket sprung mattress we were unlikely to like any and would be better looking at a completely different mattress type, which I didn't feel was necessarily accurate as I have slept very well on pocket sprung mattresses before. Otherwise Paul who served us was very knowledgeable, friendly and gave us useful advice.

We had a number of specific requirements for our bed selection all of which we were able to satisfy e.g. the size of bed, the type of bed (TV) and the comfort of the mattress. The assistant who helped us on the day was very knowledgeable, courteous and polite but did not at any time try to push any sale.

I had seen an advert ib TV about Dreams saying there was a half price sale on bed frames. When I got there I found it related to only a few items, and even though there were big half price signs everywhere, that was not the case. I consider the advertising was misleading.

It wasn't the fact I wasn't highly satisfied it was just the fact we didn't really speak to many staff members we just saw a bed and went over to the desk told them the one we were interested in and it was done.

I was very happy about the level of support and their knowledge of the type of bed would be most appropriate for the needs of the two gentlemen that I brought with me to purchase beds.

I found the beds to be a little bit expensive but I am very happy with the bed and mattress I chose.
