I was satisfied with the service but unfortunately the mattress I took away was supposed to be a standar double however it was approximately 5" too short and as I am 6'3" it is no good and I was told it would fit a double bed.

We felt that there were a lot of items at the higher budget end, but not a great deal of choice for the price range we were looking (£500-700)

On entering the store the 3 available staff were with other customers. We proceeded to browse the store whilst waiting for assistance. It was almost an hour from entering the store before we were engaged by a member of staff. She apologised and explained they were short staffed. Although understandable the amount of time before this was explained was too long.

It was completely my own fault, I had looked on your website and gotten the price of the product and chosen one within my budget, however, I had not taken into account the delivery and install fee and the cost of the headboard. The headboard was more expensive than I would have thought it would be. Also, the range of colours in the product I chose was very limited - it was difficult to choose a colour that fit with my existing bedroom decoration.

I liked that' there was no hard sell but would have liked to have known what mattress they'd recommend for my size and back issues.
