Couldn't get a weekend delivery so had to take a day off work. Store team were very helpful but not happy with delivery wait times.

I am satisfied with the total cost of the new bed frame and mattress, and, with the speed of delivery. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with being charged over £60 for certain 'extras'. I am recovering from recent heart surgery so I had to request assistance to assemble the new bed frame and to remove my old bed frame & mattress. The assistant could see that I was struggling with my mobility (and I explained I'd recently had an operation) but he made no attempt to try to get me any discount for these 'extras' as a good will gesture. If I was fully fit & able I certainly would not have needed any assistance in these areas. Not very good customer service for a disabled customer I'm afraid.

Adam was very friendly and not too pressuring whilst he was assisting us. Very knowledgeable and competent sales assistant.

Overall good experience, i wish there was an option to get delivery the next day or in the next week. wouldn't even mind paying for next day delivery if the option was given to me.
