Would have preferred quicker delivery with option to choose a smaller time slot (not for an additional charge!). Also think disposal of old mattress should come as standard when spending that amount of money on a new one to encourage recycling, again not as an opportunity to make more money from the sale.

We did a lot of our own research online prior to visiting, my visit on the day of purchase was to decide on & order one of two mattresses my partner had shortlisted so we didn't need as much help therefore can't comment on it to rate higher

Speedier delivery option would have been nice. A bit more enthusiasm too - was very polite though.

I was satisfied with the level of service. Highly satisfied is not something I associate with retail shopping!!

We confirmed the delivery address several times to the member of staff, yet it is still wrong on the invoice, however she provided a good, helpful service apart from that.

Helpful staff I placed the order on Tuesday 20th November I just hope that the price for my Halliday bed isn't cheaper in the Black Friday sales. I specifically asked and the lady did say it wouldn't be cheaper. I will have to trust you can't bear to look in case its reduced - over to you

I would have potentially liked a bit more of an in depth overview of the credit options available up front. However once I asked a series of questions michelle was careful to take me through my options as she realised I was a little confused. Not that Michelle did anything wrong in this instance, it just might work better to give a full overview before taking details of order first . I was given all the information before clicking the credit search button, so there was no misleading just might be a better process.
