The bed frame I ordered was not in store and this was the only problem

2 week wait for delivery

The main issue was that we had expected a quicker delivery date - 12 days seems a long turnaround time (I anticipated a week). We were ordering this item for a very specific deadline and it will only arrive on the last available day which is not ideal. The assistant was extremely informative and knowledgeable about the products however so should be commended on that.

SATISFIED IS A VERY GOOD SERVICE THAT IS ALL I REQUIRE FOR NOW BUT IF ALL YOUR PROMISES TURN OUT TO BE LIKE BENSONS FO BEDS THEN I WOULD BE A HIGHLY DISSATISFIED

Despite the sale, prices were still a little higher than I would have wanted ideally and were slightly lower at a competitors. However overall Dreams has usually been better when we have shopped for beds etc

The gentlemen was there when we wanted him to be. He answered all questions and was very knowledgeable. Attentive and listened to our needs

The only issue that I had was that I had to wait about 10 mins to see someone and discuss and place an order. There were few staff on shop floor and it took a long time while for the person in front of me to transact an order.
