On approaching the store it looked like it was closed because the glass on the door and inside looked dark. We entered the store about 6.45pm. We asked about the discounted mattresses in the sale. The assistant informed us that they had taken the discount labels off because it ended at 7pm that night. But she did assist us by telling us of the ones that had the discount on, this became a bit confusing as we had to keep asking her about the ones we were interested in because there was no price on them. If the prices were left on we would have had a better shopping experience. We didn't realise the offer ended at 7pm. But surely the discount labels should have been left on until the close of day. The assistant did apologise as we were leaving the store for the confusion.

Because although the service was good when I ordered the bed on 12.05.19 I have since found out that the bed I chose has now got 20% off the price. I feel that the sales person could have told me that this was coming and obviously I would have waited had I know it was going to be £100 cheaper before the nbed has even been delivered.

There did seem to rather a lot of hidden extras eg wanted previous bed recycling and you charge extra for each part . Also your price labels should make it clearer what the overall cost would be when purchasing headboard, mattress and base as the banner headline price was a lot less than actually ended up paying .

Limited offers on products such as Superking sized, which as in our case the large size is required out of need rather than luxury.

On my visit to the store I was told I could place my order over the phone the next day. When I called the store the following day I was unable to do it over the phone (as the assistant told me that I could do the next day). I then had to drive back to the store so place the order.
