Not much choice. Everything very expensive. Computer system crashed so had to start again.

I was very satisfied but just feel everything needs to be perfect to get a perfect rating. Really happy with all the staff there and the efforts made to help us including the matching system. The delivery times were slightly disappointing (2 weeks) in terms of how long to wait. Also felt some of the fees were slightly expensive, removal/ assembly fees etc. Other than that i'm really happy and had a smooth experience. Looking forward to getting my new bed.

It’s hard to reach perfection. In terms of staff they were excellent. The most help and not just there to try and make a sale of the bed. Really helpful and explained everything in detail.

I was promised a text, on the day before delivery, to give me a two hour delivery slot. This wasn’t done! So I was up early just in case they arrived at, or near, 8am. A phone call at 8-30 ish told me to expect delivery between 1-30 and 3-30! Had I known before I would have stayed in bed longer.

I don't find any shopping experience highly satisfying, also we have only sat on the product once so it is to early to say weather or not it is highly satisfying.
