Original sales person went of to speak to someone else, we then spoke with Howard who was knowledgeable about everything and went out of his way to help us after he had spent time finding what we wanted and processing it for us the original sales person came back and took over just to take the payment. Have contacted twice as we need an exchange for Super King mattress due a lump in it and still haven't been contacted back to arrange this

The first member of staff I spoke to seemed more interested in another customer. However Kas was brilliant with us and very helpful, in fact without his advice we wouldn't have purchased three extra pillows! I must also say the store was far too hot!!

The only problem was that the mattress I ordered had gone from an expected 10 day delivery wait, to a month. This means I'll be sleeping on the floor for 2 weeks!
