The saleslady was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product. She gave us the information we needed and then left us in peace to make our selection, whilst always being on hand to answer any queries. I really apreaciated her non pushy and professional approach. Providing complimentary coffee in a real mug as opposed to the more usual paper or plastic cartons was a nice touch.

The shop assistant Michelle was extremely helpful and the mattress I chose was perfect for my needs

A good selection of beds was on show , which made made iteasy to pick the right bed.

I was astonished at the high price of the headboards, otherwise I would score "highly satisfied".

Everything was great, just a shame i have to wait 4 weeks for delivery as I really need the beds a lot sooner. But overall the beds looked great in store & any assistance was readily available. I can't wait to receive mine & sons beds.

Staff were attentive to our needs and helpful in locating bed we had seen online (verbal instructions). Staff member could have accompanied us upstairs to show us the bed directly but we were able to find the bed from their clear instructions :)

The experience was very good and the store assistant, Lauren, was very patient and helpful.

Same types of beds did not seem to be all in the same place
