Dreams - Stockport

We were amazed by the technology that chose us the right mattress. The lovely lady who assisted us was very informative and helpful even we took abit longer to give final decision. The environment was making me feel relaxed and not rushed. It was right to come all the way to there even it is abit far.

Very helpful assistant (Kassam) listened to our requirements in terms of price range & spec, and made a couple of very sensible recommendations, one of which we purchased.

I visited the Stockport branch for a mattress and was greeted by Kas, he took the time to test my sleeping positions and shown me a number of different mattresses. His knowledge of the products was superb, everything I asked was answered straight away in a way I could understand. I didn’t visit with the intention of buying, I was planning to visit other places and shop around, but Kas made me feel very welcome and comfortable, so I decided to pick one of the 3 mattresses he recommended for me. He explained all the sale before completing the transaction going through all the things I’ve purchased. It was a very nice experience and I will definitely recommend Kas to anyone looking for a mattress.

This is the 2nd time we have bought our beds from Dreams. Because we were pleased with the service last time , we decided to try your store again,and were not disappointed. Service was good, and Michelle knew what she was talking about.

Kas was very friendly and helpful during my visit. He suggested i do a Sleep Match test and then showed me a range of mattresses. He was very patient with me as I took ages to choose!

Lauren who served us gave great advice and guidance without overwhelming or pushing the sale. Just nice feed of info as we went. Very good stock and store layout with all products clearly marked up

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Went out of their way to make sure we were helped and were very lovely with my young nephew who was with me, giving him a book and a drink

The store colleague Lauren saw we were trying out some mattresses so gave us some assistance, but equally wasn’t too pushy she just said give me a shout if you need anything. She offered us pillows which helped make the experience more realistic and she pointed us in the direction of the bed that monitors how you sleep to give us even more reassurance that we were choosing the right mattress. Lauren was really polite and friendly and made our experience really positive, we chose a mattress and a bed and we don’t have to wait long for delivery either!
