The gentleman serving us i believe his name was Jay was very friendly and helpful and made out purchase enjoyable

I was shown all the options available in different price brackets. I wasn't pushed onto the highest price. I felt like I made the purchase I wanted rather than being pushed into one.

Adam was extremely helpful at providing us with the information we required, in relation to our bed and mattress purchase.

Michelle sent lots of time explaining types to us. Very patient and left us alone when needed.

I found the staff friendly and helpful, they left me to browse but were available when I wanted to ask them something, they answered all my questions clearly and dealt with my order quickly. The display of beds and mattresses was well laid out and very clean.

We were given plenty of time to test out as many mattresses as we liked - we were looking for 2 mattresses. The assistant, Adam, was available to answer our questions - he was very helpful. Our son (age 11) was with us and whilst we tested out mattresses he was free to lie on the beds on the say so of Adam. We were offered refreshments while in the store and were well looked after.

Michelle at your stockport branch was very welcoming and helpful. She allowed us time to try out the different mattresses even though it was late on in the evening. I have already recommended your store to a few colleagues at work.

I visited Bensons for beds first of all when the assistant there was very abrupt & rude so I googled Dreams , telephoned to find out were your store was & from telephone call telling me were the store Michelle was very pleasant ,.so my husband I made our way across & what a lovely lady Michelle is was not in your face trying to sell just asking you what you wanted & gave you the right advise we spent about 30mins in the store she told us about all the extras that was available to us I felt I was valid customer , & she is a credit to Dreams a very knowledgeable person & such a lovely person . Thank you michelle

The Store was well set out and we particularily liked the idea of colour coding the different the mattresses between soft, firm, very firm etc. Your assistant, Adam was very knowledgeable and was a great help to us in deciding which product to buy.
