One item was out of stock but 1 of the assistants telephoned another branch & tracked one down & is going to pick it up for me. I think this is above & beyond the call of duty & deserves a big thank you.

Michelle in the Stockport office offered myself and my wife a quality service and level that should be mirrored across the company. Her knowledge of the products were simply exceptional. She gave us the right if of time and shared her understanding of the bed throughout the store.

Excellent Help from the Gentleman who was helping us choose a Mattress. His knowledge was brilliant but wasn't too pushy with the sale which is the main reason we purchased from the store! Please pass the excellent feedback to him.

We visited your stockport branch on Saturday 11th April and had a very warm welcome from a very nice yiung man caloed Jay. his knowledge of products was of a very high standard, Jay made my husband and I feel at home and answered all our cquestions with ease.
