The colleague at the Stockport store; Jay, was outstanding, very helpful. He gave us all of the information we needed to make an informed decision and intuitively, the space to discuss our options without interruption. Telephoned store to check on availability of bed, assistant very helpful. even did some measuring for me as I have limited space on staircase. when I arrived at the store, Jay had the bed waiting for me and loaded my car up after purchase. Lovely chap, pleasant and polite.

Very friendly and helpful staff, allowed us time to consider purchase whilst in store-no pressure sales. We were provided with refreshments and ordering was smooth and hassle free. Very pleasurable buying experience.

The assistant (Michelle) was excellent. She seemed to be aware of when we needed help and when we needed time alone to discuss our options. She was very open, friendly and helpful and appeared to do everything she could to accommodate our needs. There was a no pressure selling technique used which was informative and she made us feel as if she really wanted to be there specifically helping is. We came with three young children who the staff were very tolerant of and even provided them with a drink to appease them as we were there for a long time for under 5's.
