Staff were very helpful and products were reasonable priced.

We visited your store to view the beds and returned to purchase the bed we had chosen, having had a measure up. On both occasions we were greeted by a chap called Adam, he answered all our questions accurately and made us feel comfortable in our purchase, he wasn't pushy just friendly and seemed genuinely happy to help. When our bed arrived on the day we had asked for, the delivery lads insisted on carrying it to the room for us and again they were friendly yet professional. On assembling the bed I found the quality very good and fairly easy to assemble. Overall we were very happy with the service and the product, I would recommend Adam at dreams Stockport to anyone wanting a bed and I am not easily impressed.

i needed to have delivery of an order for a new flat i was purchasing ASAP. Adam spent at least 30 minutes with me, trying to find a product that could be delivered in the timeframes that i required. his customer service was excellent and is a credit to the company and store

The salesman took us through the store explaining the difference in beds and mattresses in clear and simple terms. We explained our needs and were guided to the relevant beds which helped us make a quick decision. We did not feel pressured (a big plus to me). All in all a pleasant experience.

We were welcomed with a friendly greeting ,wasn't to pushy and help with all our questions even had brew for us
