Dreams - Stockport

The lady that served me was called Michelle, she was highly informative and attended to my every need. Thank you for your help and support. The bed is fantastic and assembled very well. I'd highly recommend Dreams to a friend/family member however the prices of mattresses I found extremely expensive. If the prices of mattress's were cheaper I would have purchased from Dreams but instead I had to take my custom elsewhere due to a company online selling them for 50% cheaper.

It was a very pleasant visit & the assistant was very polite & knowledgeable about the product we wanted to buy.

It was lovely to be able to browse with no hard sell although help and advise was readily available when needed. Jay who processed our order was really helpful and knowledgeable about the products ad extremely polite and friendly, he was a real credit to the store.

The assisstant Adam was extremely helpful in explaining the different bed types as I have problems with my back. He waited very patiently while I tried the different mattresses. All the staff were very friendly.

Superb staff quality price

I think the fact that we went looking for a specific type of bed (an Ottoman) but came away with a different type than that. The fact we were comfortable to browse, assistance was available when required, but not "pushy" and we made a purchase when we had actually only come to look around is why I have given the scores that I have done.

Your colleague was very understanding to my needs and understood what i wanted. He was very professional in his job.

What got what we wanted at an excellent price

We were served by Paul and nothing was too much trouble. He let us try matresses and beds and whilst showing us different options was not pushy yet was informative. He also allowed us to try the 2 mattresses we were trying to decide between on the actual bed we wanted so we could be sure of comfort. When we left we felt we have made an informed choice and that we were helped by someone who had time for any questions as well as the knowledge to answer them. Paul was relaxed and did not pressure us into buying anything yet we left having bought pillows, a new bed frame and mattress which is impressive since we only went in for a bed frame! We even decided he was so helpful that we would not shop anywhere else and placed the order there and then! Paul should be commended on the way in which he helped us, it was a pleasure to shop.

There was a sales assistant available straight away. He was knowledgeable of the products. He helped me chose a mattress for the bed I was purchasing. He was very polite.
