I BOUGHT MY BED FOR MACH DELIVERY AND TOOK MY DAUGHTER TO BUY HER BED THIS WEEKEND AS I AM SO PLEASED WITH THE BED I GOT

The store assistant Paul was really friendly and welcoming from the moment we entered the shop In stockport,he really went out his way to help and offer assistance ,even providing entertainment for our 5 year old son whilst we looked around. There was a wide range of mattresses to try and he helped guide us on the ones which suited,even providing a pillow to try with them (which I then purchased!) All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable and went out their way to help,cannot fault the service at dreams in Stockport,thank you for your help.

The sales assistant (Paul) was extremely helpful and made sure the bed we bought was well matched to our needs.

Michelle, Store Manager was fantastic, in understanding our needs, identifying suitable products and also in making us feel welcome and not pushed into a forced sale. She was engaging, human and also made our daughter at home in the kids zone to enable us to relax in making an informed purchase.

The person who served us, Michelle, was delightful. She described the goods to us and allowed us to browse at our convenience.

I visited the store several times over the last week (bought different items each time) as I was looking to buy a high quality mattress at some point, and as it was quite a large investment for me and we had specific needs, I had a lot of questions. The assistant (Liz) was available to answer all questions and was very knowledgeable to help me choose the right items. The assistants also left us with enough space and time to investigate all the beds and make our own choices. It was also nice that they entertained our children to give us a bit of space and offered us all drinks. All these small touches add up and was one of the deciding factors of us buying from the store rather than on-line (even though I could have gotten cash-back on-line), or from other retailers.

The assistant (Michelle) was so very helpful and even looked after our GrandDaughter whilst myself and my wife were able to evaluate the different mattresses available.

We found the right product that we were looking for and at the right price for us. We only needed a single bed for my husband who will use it on return from hospital after having a major operation.

We went to the stockport store and Jay was very helpful and very pleasant. He was very patient whilst we made our decision
