Dreams - Stockport

I bought a bed and bedding two years ago after a recommendation and was highly staisfied so came back when we needed a new mattress and more bedding. VALIDATION code 187 assistant on this occasion -Adam who surpassed previous good service. Immaculate appearance, friendly manner, well informed, respectful - I use a wheelchair but he was discreetly helpful in assisting me to navigate the store and making sure that my husband and I could find the right mattress pillows etc. Superb service and good quality products at a fair price. will recommend and will continue to buy from you THANK U

Soon as I entered the store your staff member Adam was there ready for myself to ask what I was looking for. He was very polite and had a great knowledge of the mattresses. The customer service was excellent and my order was placed straight away with no problem l. I would highly recommend friends and family.

Salesman was on hand as soon as I entered the store as I did not want to look around knowing I was looking for a certin product. Whilst there was indeed a large range of beds, both in terms of quality brand and various sizes, there were only a few particular products on the shop floor to suit me. For point of reference I was seeking a sprung edge double bed divan.

We were very happy with the excellent customer service. Paul in particular was very knowledgable and helpful but not in the least bit pushy. We visited the Stockport store with our 21 month old daughter and all of the staff were welcoming and friendly. We're confident that the mattress we've bought is what we need, thanks to the advice we received. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending the store to our friends and family. Can't wait for the mattress to arrive!
