Dreams - Stockport

All round service at Stockport branch was amazingly efficient and helpful. We could not have had better service from Liz and Paul and would tell anyone looking for a new bed to go and see these people first. Incidentally we "shopped around" and decided Dreams is "simply the best" for service and great product .. Why waste money anywhere else.

I was quite indecisive at the start of my visit with what I wanted but the person who dealt with me spent a long time talking to me, giving me advice without any pressure.

The service was great and the staff members was very helpful Michelle was the member who helped me I found her to be welcoming and well informed on the range of products available she was able to guide me through the whole prossess quickly with maximum satisfaction I will be recommending the store to friends and will certainly be visiting again in the future.

Staff were knowledgeable and offered assistance but were not pushy. Did not try to sell us something that was more expensive than we wished to pay. Speed of service excellent.

I am a disabled person and to be fair had done some research on the very easy website as to what product we wanted to buy. We ended up just buying a mattress and feel that all our money has gone into a very suitable product. We had thought about an electric bed but were not entirely sure an electric bed would be suitable for my needs. The assistant talked us through the electric beds and gave us the positives and negatives about buying the bed for my particular situation and so our minds were made up about the mattress, it just ticked all the boxes. The assistant was very professional and knew her stuff. She was also pleasant and offered us tea or coffee. So in conjunction with the website and the the actual in store experience we are very happy with the product we bought.
