The sales consultant that we were dealing with was stolen by a customer that had entered the store after us. This meant that we were in store for over 1 and half hours as we wanted to continue to be served by jay as he is great.

Quick and easy to order my new bed...staff didnt follow me round like some other outlets do and helped when we required it

Sourced which mattress I required on the Dreams web shop which I would highly recommend due to the 'Review' section. People are meant to change their mattresses at regular intervals, but we customers tend not to due no doubt to the perceived hassle in trying them all out and having to make a decision. I read a lots of reviews, compared the specifications of all the mattresses I was interested then came to a tentative decision over which would best suit my needs and pocket. Then, on entering the shop there was my mattress waiting for a test drive!! Tried it, liked it, bought it - with the help of a very efficient, polite and knowledgeable member of staff. Job done - no hassle and one week from now hopefully no more backache! Thanks Dreams.

Very prompt service and a quick sale. No waiting.

The store was well laid out - the colour coding helped us understand what types of products were available etc ...Much easier than wandering round John lewis like we had earlier in teh day. We were given great help by Paul - he was always available and on hand to answer oru questions and give us guidance - but he wasn't at all "pushy". Ultimately this meant that you got our business - almost 2.5 thousand pounds worth!!

We went to the store looking for a bed and found one, the sales lady was helpful and we were out of there very quickly.

Paul was extremely friendly and efficient, offered me a brew both times I went to the store to talk to him, and was receptive to my needs and able to accommodate them. He, and the store in general, made the entire experience pleasant and stress free, and I would happily return should the need arise.

The shop manager Paul was most helpful in my purchase and there was no pressure selling. He really allowed me to find what I really wanted.
