Dreams - Stockport

The in-store assistant at your Stockport branch, called Liz, I think, was knowledgeable about guiding us to the type of mattress we wanted. We wanted a bed that could be turned over and to be quite firm. She then left us to search at our leisure but whenever she came to see how we were getting on, she was always helpful but never intrusive

Michelle the sales lady was fabulous - She was able to answer all my questions and helped me choose the best mattress and bedding for all my needs . She talked me through everything and helped me understand the benefits of each item . I was actually going to another store and popped in for a look - due to the ease of dealing with Michelle , I bought everything in one shop .

We were shown to the sleep maker pretty quickly advised and shown which mattress are best for the both of us. given all options on headboards, beds and colours. made the experience easy

Lauren our sales assistant was incredibly knowledgable and her fellow colleagues were welcoming and made us feel important customers. We liked the offer of a refreshment and also took advantage of the sleep specials bed before selecting our purchase. The store was well lit and easy to navigate around. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

I was very impressed with the Manager Michelle with her knowledge of what would suit me. Michelle was very customer orientated. Michelle was polite, friendly and helpful. I first visited Dreams just to get a pillow but I did ask Michelle for information regarding the Sleepmotion beds. I left to drive home and while on the motorway I was thinking about how brilliant Michelle was with her customer service to the point that I turned round and went back to Dreams to buy a sleepmotion 100i plus mattress. Michelle went through everything and took her time to look after me. During both my visits, Michelle sanitised the pillows I was trying, the payment machine and offered me a drink. I spoke with Michelle later on that day and said I was going to pop back in the following day to retry the sleepmotion 100i and also the 200i and her colleague (forgotten name) looked after me very well as well. He also is very customer orientated. Both Michelle and the other sales assistant were very customer focused.
