Visited the store twice and initially spoke to Liz who was extremely helpful explaining the difference in mattresses. Returned when I was ready to purchase and was helped by Jay again very helpful and he completed my order all done with a very friendly manner

The store manager was very attentive and didn't push a sale, he gave us time to look around at our own pace and was available for questions as and when we needed him.

The colleague who helped us was very knowledgable about all the products. Couldn't do enough for us. We had just come from Bensons for Beds where they were not at all helpful.

Adam the assistant was very friendly, helpful and understanding of our needs of having back problems. We were allowed to try numerous beds and he was very patient and explained all the different mattress types so that we could make our choice with relative confidence. The sale was a bonus, all in all very pleased.

We were shown immediately to the product we wanted. We were shown another product but not pressured to buy it. The staff were knowledgeable and polite at all times.

I was approached and the sales person Jason was not pushy but helpful and polite.

Speed and ease of making purchase

Paul gave excellent service and was very informative in every question we asked.

Liz was very helpful, patient, informative and not at all pushy. She understood exactly what I needed to know and what I wanted to look at.
