Very laid back in the way I was dealt with in store, offering a no pressure approach. Overall, satisfied with the experience.

Store assistant greeted us on entering the store and welcomed us to Dreams which I thought was a very nice touch. She was helpful and efficient and our our purchase was dealt with smoothly.

Jason the assistant, was a really polite, cheerfull, and well informed young man. Jason had a very pleasant manor, professional, and most definitely in the right job. Jason was well presented on a personal level. An asset to your business.

I was asked if I needed any help on entering the store.,shown where the product I was looking for was and given a full explanation of the pros and cons of the product available. I was then left to browse the various products at my leisure.When I had made my choice the ordering process was completed efficiently and courteously.I awaite the arrival of our new mattress with great expectations.

Adam, the guy that served me, was very helpful without being pushy. The choice was good, but the real winner was the 40 night comfort exchange which other retailers hadn't offered me, and I walked away from them because there is no way I was going to commit to a largish spend on something that is all about comfort after lying for a few moments on a bed in store.

Jason was very approachable, friendly but respectful, patient and knowledgeable. He remained courteous at all times even though we deliberated for a fair while over mattresses! We felt under no pressure to purchase the more expensive option, which we did in the end! He accommodated all my husband's questioning and 'best deal' requests admirably!

Sales person was friendly and attentive and not pushy.
