Staff were brilliant, they all did their best to make sure we chose the right bed.

From walking into the store to leaving, the service received was excellent. On entering the store we were met by a warm welcome by Jay, a verypolite and friendly assistant who helped us throughout the visit giving the best care and his full attention which made it more personal and very professional. His knowledge of products and services was excellent and as well as leaving having purchased a bed and mattress, we also left with the best experience I have ever received from a store. Many thanks Jay for a relaxed and pleasant visit.

The consultant, Jay, was very knowledgeable, pleasant natured, professional and not pushy. He had excellent product knowledge and gave very good service.

This was our second visit to the shop we found Jay was very helpful he listened to what we needed and helped us choose the correct bed, I was very impressed with his knowledge of the different products you sell and we went with his recommendation for the correct mattress that we needed, I couldn't be happier

We were greeted with a 'welcome to Dream's' as we walked through the door. We asked about the different colour pillows on the beds, and were given the information, which made it a lot easier for us to make our choice. We looked at several mattresses and were again given all the information on them which again made our choice easier. The whole process of arriving, selecting, ordering and leaving was completed within 45 mins, hassle free.

there was a lot of choice with the beds. i changed my mind for the bed itself . i liked the fact i could choose a bed and then choose a different mattress.Liz kept coming to see if i was comfortable with how things were progressing.. there was no pressure to decide. a good visit with a successful outcome.
