Dreams - Stockport

Jay was very friendly and had a lot of knowledge about the products. He offered very good advice specific to what I wanted.

We were looking for a new bed and went to dreams on the 12th sept a Saturday and the assistant came over and when we told him what we were looking for he explained everything and even measured the bed what we liked, we told him we would have to measure up at home and he gave us his number in case we wanted any more details. We went back on Sunday and was delighted to get the same assistant we told him that we wanted the bed and he did everything for us, the service and delivery is one hundred percent.

Paul, the assistant that dealt with us, was polite, informed and gave us every support and time to make our choices.

Adam, friendly member of staff, dealt with my requests quick and easy. Thanks

Visiting Dreams in Stockport was a brilliant experience. There was just one member of staff working in the store and yet she made herself available to us when we needed her help but also remained at a discreet distance to allow us not to feel pressured into making a decision. We took quite a while deliberating between two products and the information and help provided was excellent. The store overall was a very pleasant space to be in and we would certainly suggest it to friends who were looking for bedroom furniture.

We were impressed with our service at Dreams, Paul acknowledged us as soon as we entered the store asked us if we wanted help , we wanted to browse and Paul left us to browse at our leisure. We approached Paul regarding the pricing of the different mattresses, Paul was precise and patient. Great service, We bought a new bed, mattress and two new pillows, which we didn't intend to, but once we were given them to try out we couldn't resist. We would definitely recommend Dreams to friends and family.... We were even offered tea or coffee!

Really happy with the service we received at this Dreams store. The whole team were great. We had a problem with the finance initially and the team bent over backwards to find a solution for us and we weren't made to feel embarrassed or inferior. It was handled professionally and sympathetically and we were delighted to have a solution so we could get our lovely bed.

The choice was excellent and the staff were very good and new their stuff. Also the store was very inviting Would have liked a discount though never mind maybe next time.
