Myself and my partner were helped by Elizabeth who was friendly, approachable and happy to give us as much time as we needed to decide which product we wanted to buy.

We came looking for a specific type of bed for a back problem. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and there was plenty of beds to choose from.

Adam could not do enough for us, spent time listening to us & recommending which bed to try based on our comments took the time to explain the difference between our available options. The time he spent with us was much appreciated The store manager was extremely helpful & knowledgeable, his enthusiasm was refreshing to see, he also ensured that we would not get the quality bed at such a competitive price. It was an excellent shopping experience as we were not pounced upon when we arrived, greeted in a friendly manner & being told if you need any assistance just ask was spot on to be honest Will shop there again, once again many thanks Adam for taking your time with us, ensuring we made the right informed choice.

Went in just to browse and felt comfortable enough to really try the beds and ask for further assistance.

As soon as we walked into dream we found the exact bed we were looking for, the price was fantastic cause it was in the sale, the assistant was very helpful explaining how to use the bed as the correct mattress for us.
