I like the fact you weren't pounced on by the sales staff, I was greeted with a good morning and left to browse around and helped when I needed it

Adam made us feel very welcome from stepping through the door, he answered all my questions and made me feel totally at ease, I felt he pointed me in the right direction on what I was looking for and I felt he gave very good advise, the rest of the staff were helpful and friendly, and made the purchase of my new bed a very nice experience.

We had already looked for the bed we wanted online and it was available to see in store. The colleague (Adam) was very helpful and knowledgeable. He seemed to know when to come over to speak to us and when to leave us to think and talk about things.

Happy with the price as was buying two beds .The customer service was really good with good delivery time that worked for me .would use again in the future .

The staff were friendly and attentive and helped us choose a product rather than trying to sell us something we didn't want or need the young man that served us was an absolute credit to your business and I hope this will be relayed back to him .

Sales assistant was pleasant, knowledgeable and attentive without being pushy or intrusive. Very good knowledge of the types of mattresses available which would suit our needs. Offered coffee and given pillows to try on each bed to offer a more realistic feel for each mattress. Help was there when needed but we were also given space to discuss our options alone too. Great service.

very keen staff new what they were talking about only disappointing thing i had was the price of delivery and removal of the old one with spending so much

Very friendly staff, answered all our questions had a very good knowledge of the products didn't pressurise us into a sale left us to it until we needed to ask questions, and made us a very nice cup of strong tea, just as we like it !! ten out of ten
