Liz our assistant was very professional, knowledgeable & aware of our requirements. She gave us time to make our decision without pressurising. An excellent assistant !!

Paul was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about all the products. He was prompt to provide assistance but he was not in the slightest bit pushy, he was keen to ensure that I made the right decision for me.

we were met by Paul the store manager on arrival, he was extremely helpful and patience as we tried out each mattress, he explained everything about each one without being pushy. here was no hard "sell", and we came away satisfied in the knowledge we had brought the exactly what we had wanted. f

my expectations were set and they were fulfilled. it was the first time I have ever been shopping for a bed on my own and it could have been very confusing but it was very simple for me to arrange everything.

It went like a dream

I found my experience very relaxing. The staff were so helpful and patience also knowledgeable. I would certainly use Dreams again and in fact had Avery pleasant experience 10years ago when I bought my mattress I am now replacing.

Previously purchased beds in the past which i have found to be off great quality, staff always very friendly and knowledgable so have always come back to dreams to purchase my beds.

The assistant was quick to demonstrate the sofa bed we bought and was able to answer all our questions without difficulty.

When we entered the store we were approached by the assistant and asked if we needed any help and when we said we would like to just look round, he said no problem but he was there if needed. it was great not to followed around and when we found a bed we liked he then came and explained about the Affinity mattress and how it worked, answering our questions with great patients .The young gentleman was Adam and it was a pleasure to deal with him.

We bought our bed from the Stockport branch, Jay who works in that store helped us by making the whole experience easy. He helped us to pick the bed we wanted and aimed to give us the best deal that he could.
